Tiantian Zhang ,obtained her Ph.D. in Management from Zhejiang University in 2017 and served as a postdoctoral researcher at Fudan University from 2021 to October 2023. In November 2023, she joined the center as a Laboratory Technician, serving as a member of the Population, Environment and Climate Change (PECC) research group and overseeing administrative affairs for the Asian Demographic Research Institute. She has years of experience in human resource management and social science research, and has published multiple articles in journals such as Nature Sustainability and Chinese Political Science Review over the past five years.
